These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and ph24 ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph24.one. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph24 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor allow any other person to access your ph24 account. ph24 will never request your password through any channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you, and ph24 will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
ph24 strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. In the event you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ph24 support immediately via the live chat facility available on the platform. ph24 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.
As a PAGCOR-licensed platform, ph24 is required by law and regulatory obligation to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts, particularly prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC verification is also a key component of ph24's anti-money laundering (AML) compliance framework.
You will be required to submit, at minimum, the following documentation when requested by ph24:
ph24 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. ph24's KYC determinations are final and binding subject only to applicable regulatory review processes.
All transactions on ph24 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph24 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any funds received in a currency other than Philippine Peso may be declined or converted at ph24's prevailing rate, and any resulting conversion fees shall be borne by the depositing player.
ph24 accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) online banking, Banco De Oro (BDO) online banking, Metrobank online banking, and Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Philippine banks. ph24 does not currently accept credit card payments for deposits.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to the player's ph24 wallet instantaneously upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfers are credited upon clearing, which is subject to the originating bank's processing schedule and Philippine inter-bank clearing systems. ph24 does not charge deposit fees on any accepted payment method. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph24 reserves the right to modify the minimum deposit amount with reasonable notice.
ph24 may apply platform-level deposit limits in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and responsible gaming obligations. Players may also self-impose deposit limits through their account settings as part of ph24's responsible gaming tools. Player-imposed deposit limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory seven (7) day cooling-off period before becoming effective.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph24 account are from lawful sources and that you are the legitimate owner or authorized user of the payment method used. ph24 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and to suspend accounts pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to suspect a violation of this provision.
Withdrawals of cleared winnings and deposited funds that have not been subject to any active bonus wagering requirement are permitted subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where feasible, in accordance with ph24's anti-money laundering obligations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within sixty (60) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed same-business-day for requests approved before the applicable daily cut-off time. ph24 does not guarantee specific processing times, as external factors including payment provider processing schedules may affect actual transaction speed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph24 may impose maximum withdrawal amounts on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis in accordance with platform policy and PAGCOR requirements. Higher limits may be available for VIP-tier members subject to applicable terms. ph24 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits with reasonable advance notice to players.
ph24 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: (a) KYC verification has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) there is an ongoing investigation into suspicious account activity; (c) the account is subject to an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements; (d) ph24 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms; or (e) applicable regulatory obligations require ph24 to do so.

Ball draws and outcome determinations are governed by certified RNG systems. ph24 reserves the right to cancel any bingo session in the event of a technical failure and will refund card purchases for cancelled sessions.

ph24 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph24's customer support team via the live chat facility to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. ph24 will endeavor to respond to and resolve all bona fide player complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution channels in accordance with the applicable regulatory procedures.
ph24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — including changes that affect your rights, obligations, financial terms, or access to services — ph24 will provide advance notice of not less than seven (7) days by posting a notification on the ph24 platform and, where practicable, by sending an email to your registered email address.
Non-material amendments, including clarifications, typographical corrections, and minor administrative updates, may be made without advance notice. Your continued use of the ph24 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with these Terms.
